Recent studies have indicated that all fabric masks are more effective when coupled with either a K95 mask or another mask beneath. Keep in mind that an N95 mask has a total of 5 layers. One mask simply isn't offering the same level of protection. Also, you might want to try adding a coffee filter (folded to fit) in the pocket provided to add another layer of protection. I, myself, wear two masks and a coffee filter.
