If your occasion happens to be a birthday, then you might be interested in including one of our birthday balloons. Option #2 is self-inflating and measures approximately 3". Option #3 is a mermaid Happy Birthday Balloon. It is 18", and while it is helium quality, it can be blown up with a straw that is included in the package.
She measures approximately 5"x3" and is made with two layers of 110lb card stock with foam mounting. She stands on a wood base. -
